Jo Lindner posted fitness-related tricks, tips, and routines via his Instagram. Jo was killed by an aneurysm when he was 30, on June 30th 2023. The injury to his neck occurred just prior to his death. Noel Deyzel (a fellow bodybuilder) confirmed the death of his friend by sharing it on Instagram. His then girlfriend Nicha was also on the same page.
