Dwayne is the pastor in charge at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He is also Director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He serves on the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of several online publications and a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) His wife Leslie has three children.
